GM-GW-1012 Industrial Grade 1200 High-Temperature Resistant Two-Component Waterproof & Moisture-Proof Sealing Coating
This product is a new type of acidic high-temperature resistant micro-inorganic resin formed by long-term chelation of silicone resin and inorganic compounds such as hydrochloric acid under the action of a reaction catalyst at high temperatures. The GM-846 functional pigments and fillers are mainly various anti-corrosion flaky ceramic powders. Other self-made inorganic film-forming AIDS are added to the coating, which has excellent film-forming properties. The PH of the coating is slightly acidic when the pH is 5. GM-846 anti-rust, anti-coking, fire-resistant and anti-corrosion coating adopts a bidirectional curing principle. The coating has extremely strong penetration and pull-out properties. When the coating is applied to the metal, it can penetrate the metal through the gaps of the metal crystals to form a stable and firm chemical anchor structure. While penetrating, it will pull out the thin rust on the surface. The thin rust can be detached from the metal body and completely wrapped by the coating, reacting to form a stable anti-corrosion complex, thereby enhancing the anti-rust ability of the metal. By the same principle, when applied to refractory materials, it can directly pull and wrap the thin layer of powder, making it one of the pigment components in the coating. After film formation, the coating is dense, comprehensively improving the anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion ability of refractory materials at high temperatures. The various flaky anti-corrosion ceramic powders in the coating can be stacked like fish scales to form a film. The coating after film formation is denser and has better anti-corrosion and thermal reflectivity properties. When applied to surfaces that do not come into direct contact with heat sources (such as direct contact with fire), it can ensure that the coated object does not corrode or oxidize in high-temperature environments and reduce the rate of scorching. The coating has high stability at high temperatures, is dense and wear-resistant, and will not react with other active molecules in high-temperature environments, thus having a long service life.
