Why GOMIN
The cleaner choice, in every sense.
01 Genuinely eco-friendly
Every GOMIN formula is free of phosphates, nitrites, and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO). All products are fully biodegradable and certified to Chinese national standards. They replace gasoline, kerosene, and other solvent-based cleaners — without the fire risk, fumes, or disposal headaches.
02 Safe to store, simple to use
Water-based formulas are non-flammable by nature. GOMIN cleaners can be stored in standard warehousing without hazardous materials restrictions. All products work at room temperature; warming to 50–70°C accelerates results for stubborn deposits, but is never required.
03 Formulated for tough industrial realities
Proprietary surfactant blends penetrate, separate, and emulsify contamination rather than just diluting it. Our electromechanical cleaner carries a 25KV dielectric rating — safe for use on energised equipment. Our rust inhibitor maintains protection through the full inter-process cycle, preventing discolouration and corrosion during storage and transit.
04 20+ years of R&D behind every drum
Manufactured by Dalian Jiashi Coatings Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, with an independent R&D laboratory and scientific partnerships with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Chemistry and multiple 985-tier universities. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Named a Dalian Famous Brand Product and a Liaoning Province Famous Brand Product.

Common questions
Are GOMIN cleaners safe for aluminium, copper, and other non-ferrous metals?
It depends on the product. The Heavy-Oil Degreaser is explicitly safe for aluminium and aluminium alloys. The Heavy Carbon Cleaner and Power Degreaser are alkaline and should not be used on copper or other non-ferrous metals for extended soaking. The Rust Remover and Scale Remover are strongly acidic and should not contact aluminium or non-ferrous surfaces. Always test on a concealed area first, and refer to individual product specifications for guidance.
Can I use GOMIN cleaners on equipment that is still running?
The Electromechanical Equipment Cleaner is specifically designed for live-equipment use, with a dielectric withstand voltage of 25KV. It evaporates completely after application, leaving no residue. All other GOMIN cleaners are water-based and should not be applied to energised electrical equipment unless specified. Always disconnect power for motors and high-voltage equipment before using any water-based product.
What dilution ratios do GOMIN degreasers use?
Dilution depends on contamination severity. The Heavy-Oil Degreaser can be used undiluted or diluted 1:5 to 1:20 with water — use undiluted for heavy yellow gummy scale. The Power Degreaser is typically diluted 1:10 to 1:100 depending on soiling. The Heavy Carbon Cleaner can be diluted 5 to 20× or used neat. For all products, heavier contamination requires higher concentration or undiluted application.
What is the environmental disposal requirement after use?
Waste water from alkaline degreasers (Heavy-Oil Degreaser, Power Degreaser, Heavy Carbon Cleaner) should be treated with acid to neutralise before discharge into the sewage treatment system. Waste water from acid-based products (Rust Remover, Scale Remover) should be neutralised with alkali before discharge. The Rust Inhibitor bath can be replenished as it weakens; replace when pH drops below 9. All products are biodegradable and contain no persistent pollutants.
How should GOMIN cleaners be stored?
All products should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and ventilated area. Avoid violent impact to packaging to prevent leakage. The Electromechanical Cleaner should be stored sealed in a cool, shaded, ventilated area away from heat sources, as it is a solvent-type product. Shelf life is 2 years for all products from the date of manufacture.
Do GOMIN cleaners need to be rinsed off after use?
Yes, for all water-based formulas: after cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water or wipe down. For metal surfaces, rust inhibition treatment is recommended after degreasing, particularly if the part will be stored or transported before further processing. The Electromechanical Cleaner is the exception — it fully evaporates after application with no rinsing required.
